  • I relocated to North Bend in 2019 and found Unity By The Bay that fall. I became a member in February of 2020. Because I believe in participating and giving back to a community that includes me as a member, it was easy for me to “yes” when I was invited to serve on the Board of Trustees. I use my free time to create watercolor art, after years of practice, study, and teaching, as well as exhibiting my work Florida and then Dayton. More recently, I’ve been exploring mixed media and collage, as well as pen and ink design.

  • My husband and I came to Unity in 2004. Since coming here, I have worked in the office, helping the Office Manager and Rev. Karen. I take care of mailing out birthday cards, and welcome cards, and keep the database up to date. I am a part of the Merry Mailers. I’ve also sung in the Choir. When Lori Barton, who was doing the Lending Library, made her transition, I took over the library. I have been an usher and have served on the Board several times, as I do now.
